“I’ve been ordering parts from conquest for last eight years and everybody is very helpful, very knowledgeable, and professional.”

Salah Kassab, Medical Engineering
Tufts Medical Center, 2017

“I started using Conquest because we where getting frustrated with another companies tech support. It seemed to be all over the place. We were always ordering parts that did not seem to fix our problems. After about 5 hours of not getting anywhere with this company, I decided to Google random US repair companies. I found Conquest. I forgot who the tech was. Sorry! He got me to where I needed to be in about 2 minutes. We ordered the part from you at a great price. It fixed our issue. Our customer was happy!
After that great experience. I continued to use you guys and noticed that 90% of the time you guys had better deals than other US vendors. Also continued to get great tech support.
Keep up the good work!”

Matthew Lavigne, CBET
Park Ridge Hospital, 2017

“I have found that Conquest Imaging is easy to work with and quick to respond. What I like most is they typically beat their competitors pricing. ”

Tom K., Imaging Specialist
Norton Healthcare. 2017

“We have been in the 3D/4D Ultrasound business for 10 years now and have utilized Conquest Imaging as our maintenance, parts and services provider all along.
Their customer service goes beyond just service, it’s more like “customer care”. I believe they not only genuinely care about our satisfaction with the services they provide but they have shown that they care about us as people as well.
We recently needed to contact Conquest Imaging more than we would have like to (because of major issues we experienced) and they have gone out of their way to help us resolve issues that they really didn’t even need to. They have emailed, texted, even called to check on the status of our issue long after their services were needed, and they are prompt in replying to a phone call and/or email even if it’s just to let us know that they are looking into the matter.
Thank you to the entire staff at Conquest Imaging for always providing excellent “customer care”. ”

Paula H., Owner/Operator
A Little Insight-3D/4D Ultrasound, 2017

“I’ve been a Biomed Tech for over thirty years but have only recently become involved in Ultrasound repairs. In the last couple of years Conquest Imaging has provided me with training and support that has really helped keep these complex systems running at my hospital. The office staff and techs have a great attitude and are very knowledgeable. With their parts and direction I have been able to complete a lot of the service myself. I’ve called Juan many times and he has taken the time to walk me through troubleshooting network issues and the installation of various replacement parts on my Philips and Siemens systems. When I need on-site service for PM or repair I know that they will be here promptly and get the job done right.I would highly recommend this team of professionals for any Ultrasound needs.”

Rus Laundrie, Senior Biomed Tech
Providence LCM Medical Center San Pedro, 2017

“I have worked Angie a lot this past year and she has been great. She always responds to my emails and messages. She was able to help me get service on a few ultrasound machines this year and was able to schedule PM’s quickly. It’s been a pleasure working with her and I appreciate all her help. ”

Fatima Rafiq, Ultrasound Supervisor
Reproductive Science Center of SF Bay Area, 2017

“I have worked with Conquest imaging for a couple of years now. Angie Jenkins has been exceptional to work with as my go to person whenever I have needed repairs and/or accessories. I have found the response time to be much faster than other companies I have worked with. I believe Conquest actually understands the effect that down time with equipment has on individual companies. It is nice to work with a company that strives for customer satisfaction and expects the best from their own people.”

M. Russell,Supervisor/Echo/Vascular Department
TriCity Cardiology, 2017

“My experience with your company has been nothing short of fantastic. Your employee Angie Jenkins and Field Tech Chris have met and exceeded all expectations.  All work and service reports have been completed and sent in a timely manner. All interactions with your company have been courteous and professional. ”

E. Vella, Biomedical Tech/Medical Imaging Specialist
Doctors Medical Center (Modesto, CA), 2017

“Please be advised that I have had multiple dealings with Angie Jenkins as our service coordinator. She always provides us with immediate attention no matter what our need is. She is attentive to details and offers up appropriate solutions. Whether it is on the phone or communicating through email, I always come away believing she has made my requests her number one priority. In Today’s times, where I believe customer service is extremely lacking, Angie defies those beliefs. She is the embodiment of what customer service should be, with her customer first and always right attitude. Hopefully, she is viewed as a great asset to your company!”

in reducing the cost of ultrasound transducer repairs, probe replacements, and ultrasound
replacement parts.  Conquest provides excellent customer service through the personalized
service of picking up and returning the ultrasound transducers which not only reduces
shipping costs but also speeds up the process; at the same time also providing no charge loaners.

Conquest has been at the very core of energizing the Arizona Region with the formation of the
Arizona Medical Instrumentation Association and helping the biomedical community demonstrate
their value through facilitating educational workshops and study programs for CBET/CRES certifications.

It is companies such as Conquest that help Biomedical Departments maintain a high level of service
and quality while positively impacting the bottom line for each of their respective organizations.”

“I am the manager of the Clinical Engineering department at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco California. We maintain an inventory of 32,000 medical devices used in our three hospital sites. In 2010, UCSF began a partnership with Conquest Imaging which has resulted in improved and cost effective management of ultrasound systems and development of UCSF’s biomed technicians to competencies sufficient to support our inventory in-house. Conquest was instrumental in our transition from manufacturer contracted services to in-house managed ultrasound systems. Our partnership started as a multivendor agreement which over time we transitioned to in house support. We continue to partner on a time and materials basis and we continue to consult Conquest for technical expertise. We send technicians to Conquest for technical training and they are an excellent source of quality and cost effective replacement parts. The partnership between UCSF Medical Center and Conquest Imaging has been successful and I will gladly give reference to anyone seeking my opinion.”

Jose Sabas, Manager, Clinical Engineering
