If this is your first time visiting Conquest Imaging’s website for ultrasound training information, we suggest you first download the latest Training Calendar to review the types of classes offered, fees and scheduled dates. Once you know what classes you’d like to attend, download the Registration Form, which you can complete and email to us or print and fax back to 209-942-2572. All registration fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to the training session.
We provide all class materials including handouts and a pen and pad for taking notes. Laptops are welcome if you choose to bring one along. Class attire is business casual. Before coming to ultrasound service training, check the weather and pack accordingly so you’re warm (or cool) enough regardless of the time of year.
Conquest Imaging conducts training at its corporate headquarters located at 1815 Industrial Drive, Suite 100, Stockton, CA 95206. On occasion it makes sense to hold training at a different location, in which case the different class locations are specified or provided to registrants by written notification.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected events occur and you are unable to attend. In that case, a substitute may be sent in your place. In that situation, please notify our training department no later than 24 hours prior to the class date by email, fax or letter to our headquarters address listed above.
Conquest Imaging reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class when necessary. Registrants will be notified at least one week prior to class date. Should this occur, all registration fees are refunded in full or applied to a future training course based upon the approval of the individual registrant.
